This course analyses individual and team entrepreneurs and the nature and problems involved in establishing new business enterprises. Topics include planning, opportunity recognition, start-up issues, tax and legal aspects, financing for initial capital and growth, and other relevant topics. PREREQ: Can only be taken after completion of a minimum of 12 credits of COMM courses or equivalent. (cst-exp 3) cr 3. Students cannot retain credits for both COMM 4046 and MGMT 4016.
